Our Process
-
Phase 1
PRE-DESIGN1. Initial Design Brief & Survey
We offer a free design brief and survey. This allows us to listen to your needs and challenges so that we have a complete understanding of your project and priorities.
2. Preliminary Proposal
Our preliminary proposal - with clearly itemised costs - is based on what we believe will not only meet your needs, but also give you a positive experience for years to come.
3. Final Proposal
Taking onboard your feedback to our initial proposal, we present you with a fully costed and updated proposal for your perusal.
-
Phase 2
DESIGN1. Design Development
On your instruction we will begin the design process. Typically, our designs will always be presented to you in CAD format, and include detailed drawings and elevations.
2. Design Finalisation
Prior to any build work - be it for a bespoke cabinet or a full refurbishment - our design team will meet with you to ensure you’re happy with every aspect of your proposal.
-
Phase 3
BUILD1. Offsite Build Kitchen Fabrication
Whether it’s a kitchen built at our European factory, or a wardrobe at our London workshop, every solution is a bespoke design. This reduces the costs and inconvenience for our clients.
2. Onsite Build &/Or Installation
Your dedicated project manager is there to ensure that every aspect of the onsite build or installation is carried out seamlessly and in line with your original wishes.
3. Completion
On practical completion of your project, when you are 100% satisfied with the final results achieved, you will then sign it off with our project manager.
-
Phase 4
AFTER CAREAfter 3 months our project manager will be back in touch, and in most cases will complete a site survey, to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the work completed.
